Learners will explore legal frameworks related to equality, data protection, health and safety, and professional codes of conduct. The unit addresses how to respond to urgent or unexpected situations, and how to accurately record and report information. It also encourages critical reflection on how personal beliefs and attitudes can influence interactions and decision-making within client services.
